I'm sorry but I couldn't resist. The best fat burning exercise (this is really true but maybe funny) is to push your way away from the table. The best fat burning exercise is walking for more than 20 minutes every day. I have heard that after walking 20 minmutes, your body goes into a "fat burning mode".Usually your body burns carbs and only burns fat if there are not enough carbs to burn. go here and see more http://healthenfitness.com/
