If you mean what do you need to do to keep your heart healthy, then you have to to cardiac exercises. this means anything that makes you get out of breath, but obviously not as much as to make you ill.Take lots of walks, swimming aerobics, running. Go jogging every day.dont sit around watching television all the time. don't smoke.i'm presuming you don't drink alcohol anyway.Drink plenty water.You could take half an aspirin every day as it keeps your blood from clotting, but please check with your doctor first.Also eath healthy food. Plenty of green vegetables and not too much fatty or starchy foods.
