Former Noche, the uninspiring ground floor bar yields, by way of a spiral staircase, to a giant multi-level dining room/nightclub that's aglow in a spectrum of bright theatrical hues that will coax smiles out of even the most jaded New Yorkers. Despite its Times Square location, the clientele is diverse, as most of the tourists are down the block at Olive Garden. Service can be efficient, informative and amiable, but as the tables fill, the choreography crumbles. Noche has a late menu available and most dishes are skillfully prepared and carefully presented.
