Extending its reputation for innovative and art-driven design, The Brier Group has teamed with Lewis + Dizon Design along with a group of local and international artists to create an environment that is cozy, sleek & eye-popping all at the same time. Chef Adam Ross has created menu of comfort food with a Colorado flair, all served as small plates perfect for sharing with friends. Aspen Social Club will feature an extensive list of premium tequilas complemented by artisanal cocktails including both classics and selections such as the Biff, a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream topped off with Chivas Regal – the favorite drink of longtime Aspen resident, Hunter S. Thompson.
