From the owner of 203 Spring and Fashion 40 comes Soho 323, another location-named lounge for the black cocktail dress set and their button-down counterparts. The space itself is breezy and casual, with a subtle design theme of palm trees and bar codes done in shades of green. The cement bar up front gets enough sunlight to attract an after-work crowd, but later on the nightclub/lounge vibe sets in and changes everything to a full-on "be seen scene." Bottle service also sets in, taking up most of the real estate, including the entire second floor, with unfinished brick and exposed beams. The menu appeals to both models (sushi, light Japanese appetizers) and their agents (steak frites, pepper tuna) and is available until 3AM. The bar works the same way, with dainty champagne and cherry liqueur drinks, as well as good selection of single malts and bourbons.
